XINGYUJI ATELIER is a small independent studio in Bellevue, Washington. We collect only the information needed to answer an inquiry, prepare a made-to-order garment, and issue an invoice.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, email address, and anything written in your message.
• Fitting information such as height, weight, and measurements, only when you request made-to-order work.
• Order details including the pieces discussed, agreed pricing, and payment method selected.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule appointments.
• To design, produce, fit, and deliver commissioned work.
• To issue invoices and keep the business records required by law.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
• We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by the payment provider named on your invoice.

Measurements and body data

Measurements are treated as confidential. They are used solely to construct your garment, are never published or shared, and are deleted on request once your commission is complete.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Invoices and transaction records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of anything not legally required to be kept.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@xingyujiatelier.com and we will respond as promptly as a one-person studio reasonably can.
